Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence others through leading by example.
• Experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom preferred.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to World-Class service.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
• Provide opening/closing routines, register functions and back-office procedures.
• Supervise store to ensure financial goals and World-Class service to guests.
• Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back-of-house standards.
• Perform the Selling Captain role, modeling sales and customer service excellence.
• Maintain an environment where associates are treated fairly per People First Philosophy.
