Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking staff to perform equipment setups for ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units, with technical support for equipment. The role includes patient education, assessments, and maintaining records, in a home healthcare environment. On-call evenings/weekends are scheduled as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiar with equipment and services provided in the home healthcare setting.
• Two to three years in home healthcare recommended for higher levels.
• CRTs and RRTs certification may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education as part of patient care activities.
• Performs complete and professional patient assessments per policy.
• Maintains current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques.
• Represents Lincare with professional appearance and accurate written reports.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Willingness to work on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
