Lincare Holdings is seeking a Home Healthcare Equipment Specialist to set up ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units in patients\' homes. You will provide technical assistance and ensure timely, professional installations while safeguarding patient safety.

Responsibilities include patient education, maintaining records, and performing assessments per policy. A valid driver\'s license and excellent communication are required; on-call evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed all training/education required to obtain certification or licensure.
• CRT/RRT credentials may be required for this position.
• State license or equivalent credential as per state law is required.

Responsabilités

• Set up highly technical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units in patients' homes.
• Provide technical assistance with equipment as needed.
• Perform patient education as part of patient care.
• Maintain patient records in a complete and organized manner per accreditation standards.
• Work on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Stay current with respiratory homecare practices and safety policies (OSHA, DOT, FDA).
• Represent Lincare through professional appearance and written reports.
• Facilitate prescription collection.
