Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess needs, provide expert recommendations, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused service approach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, 1–2 years in pest control or sales, and the ability to travel up to 100%. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the sales CRM.
