Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, propose solutions, and coordinate with service teams to close deals.

Travel up to 100% is required within territory, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. Base pay ranges from $36,000 to $40,000 yearly, with potential incentives and bonuses based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills—sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs to sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals for customers.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of the customer home and possible challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
