Job summary

Orkin Home Services Inspector role offering earnings potential, with no industry experience required and award-winning training. You’ll perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, explain pest solutions clearly, and build trusted relationships with homeowners.

You’ll work with a strong sales toolkit, schedule appointments, and use an iPad for contracts. Compensation ranges from $50k to $100k per year with base plus commissions, plus a company vehicle, benefits, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Earn top wages, recognition, and opportunities for annual awards trips.
• Provide pest solutions by applying training to customer needs.
• Prospect new business and follow leads with a substantial advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments in customers' homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations and set expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements on company provided iPad.
