Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC/EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Kailua, Hawaii to provide termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work alongside strong customer service.

You will follow routes, document service activities, maintain equipment and PPE, and explain treatment plans to customers while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience with mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and benefits while addressing questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
