Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii is hiring an Additional Services Technician to perform specialized pest control, termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest-management tasks with a focus on safety and quality. You will deliver on-site service, explain treatment plans to customers, maintain records, and follow schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
