Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits, inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain service records, and manage equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
