Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and other pest management services with a strong emphasis on safety and quality results.

You will support service routes, explain treatment plans to customers, maintain detailed records, and ensure equipment and vehicles are well maintained to uphold safety standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history (driving company vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, features, and benefits while addressing questions.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
