Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and explain strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trust.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads with available advertising leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers at their homes to discuss products and peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
