Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to perform home inspections, explain findings, and close deals for pest control services. The role offers uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, and comprehensive training.

You will build trust with homeowners, manage scheduling and documentation, and work independently while representing Orkin with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safety training including PPE use and OSHA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
