Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in California to promote Pest Management services to new and existing homeowners. You will assess needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

This role requires 1+ year sales or pest experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 100%. Competitive base pay, bonuses, and a comprehensive Total Rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience.
• Preferred 1–2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.
• Effective verbal communicator with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs via needs analysis using product knowledge.
• Visually inspect homes/businesses for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up on past opportunities to close sales.
