Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector in Mechanicsburg to protect homes with termite services and provide strategic recommendations after 360 inspections. No experience is required—the award-winning training program will prepare you.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of homes to assess pest protection needs and present solutions.
• Explain the process and set expectations with customers.
• Maintain organized records and use provided iPad for agreements.
