Orkin is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to serve homeowners as Termite Sales Inspectors. You will leverage a strong brand and award-winning training to deliver tailored pest protection solutions in customers homes.

The role offers earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, a company vehicle with gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided, with licensure paid by the company and potential for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Be a empathetic problem solver for customers by using training to recommend the best pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a strong advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkins products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customers home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and issues identified, addressing questions and expectations.
