Job summary

GreenSavers, a leading home energy efficiency contractor in Portland and Central Oregon, is seeking a Bend Project Coordinator. You will coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation, prepare work packets, manage inventory, and support scheduling to keep installations moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience using Sera or JobTread is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Prepare work packets and stage projects for installation.
• Manage inventory and order materials.
• Schedule service appointments and support customers.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and service documentation.
• Administer Home Performance Program.
• Maintain customer records and equipment information.
• Provide basic technical support for thermostats and connected systems.
• Collaborate with installers, technicians, and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
