Job summary

Evergreen Home Performance in Portland, ME, seeks a Production Coordinator to schedule crews, coordinate inspections, and keep customers informed from contract through project completion.

You’ll ensure smooth production flow, adapt to changes, and partner with supervisors, QA, and sales to meet timelines. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential for customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Experience with Construction/Production team Scheduling a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including customer database, Word, Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage production calendar, deploy crews and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate steps from contract to production readiness and planning.
• Maintain regular contact with crews and supervisors about progress and changes.
• Serve as primary customer contact during production and relay requests.
• Calculate change orders, update scopes/pricing, obtain customer approval.
• Schedule QA tests and drive follow-through to closeout and invoicing.
