Job summary

Evergreen Home Performance in Portland, ME is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep our six production crews fully scheduled and ensure a smooth customer experience from contract to completion.

You will coordinate between customers, crews, supervisors, Production Managers, Sales Advisors, and QA, taking ownership of scheduling, logistics, and change orders while supporting project readiness and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Experience with construction/production scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; familiarity with customer databases.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage production calendar to keep crews deployed and adjust schedules as changes occur.
• Coordinate steps from contract to production, including inspections and planning.
• Maintain regular contact with crews and supervisors on progress and changes.
• Serve as primary customer contact during Production and relay requests.
• Calculate change orders with pricing tool and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule QA test-outs and drive follow-through to closeout and invoicing.
