Job summary

GreenSavers is a contractor focused on home energy efficiency in Portland and Central Oregon. This role supports coordinating permits, inspections, and project documentation, while handling quotes and service records with customers and teammates.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Google Workspace, and a drive to learn new software and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Preparing work packets and staging projects for installation.
• Managing inventory and ordering materials.
• Scheduling service appointments and supporting customers.
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and service documentation.
• Administering our Home Performance Program.
• Maintaining customer records and equipment information.
• Providing basic technical support for thermostats and connected systems.
• Working closely with installers, technicians, and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
• Experience with permitting or inspections
• Inventory or warehouse coordination experience
• Experience using Sera, JobTread, or similar software
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning HVAC systems
• Experience preparing quotes or invoices
• BPI Certification
