Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental needs in California.

The role emphasizes family-centered coaching, collaboration with families, and delivering therapy in homes and community settings. Candidates should hold a California PT license, have pediatric EI experience, and possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• pediatric experience required; Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to reach developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community).
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually; maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
