Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services across California.

You will work with infants and toddlers and their families in home and community settings, building developmental progress. Responsibilities include assessments, IFSP-driven plans, and family coaching to empower caregivers, with flexible schedules and potential benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a California Physical Therapy (DPT) license.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set development goals.
• Build caregivers’ confidence and skills through family-centered coaching.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycare, or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
