Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a Home Manager to oversee operations of supported living homes under supervision of the Program Coordinator and Area Supervisor/State Executive Director. The role includes scheduling medical care, medication oversight, and coordinating with healthcare professionals, while ensuring compliant documentation and safe, clean homes.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Aptitude to learn other software programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Monitor medications and MARs, order/ dispose meds.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP and Nutritionist.
• Document medical forms and physician notes.
• Maintain home cleanliness and vehicle upkeep.
• Assist with budget and petty cash monitoring.
• Ensure policy compliance and incident reporting.
• Support training documentation.
