Job summary

Evergreen seeks a Program Coordinator Assistant to support operations of one or two Supported Living homes under supervision of the Program Coordinator and Area Supervisor/Executive Director. The role involves coordinating medical appointments, monitoring medications, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining supplies and vehicles, supervising staff as assigned, and upholding all policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010; ability to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Monitor medications, review MARs, order and dispose medications.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP and nutritionist.
• Ensure medical forms are completed prior to leaving offices.
• Maintain home, supplies, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor petty cash and budget/expenditures.
• Assist with documentation and reporting as required.
