Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a capable individual to assist with the operations of one or two supported living homes under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and the Area Supervisor/State Executive Director. You will coordinate medical appointments, monitor medications, and ensure the homes stay clean, safe, and well supplied.

The role requires supervisory experience, a behavioral sciences background or equivalent, and proficiency with Windows, Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

Requires a two-year degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications.
Experience with Google Workspace and similar software.
Aptitude to learn other software as required.

Responsibilities

Assist with operations of supported living homes under supervision.
Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
Monitor medications, review MARs, order and discard meds as needed.
Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP and Nutritionist as required.
Complete medical forms and maintain documentation; ensure cleanliness and proper care of homes and vehicles.
Maintain petty cash, budgeting, and expenditures; monitor spending and stamps.
Review reports like weekly summaries and monthly reviews; ensure policy compliance.
Supervise and support direct care staff and adjust staffing as needed.
