Job summary

Evergreen Life Services seeks a Home Manager to oversee operations of supported living homes under supervision and direction. You will coordinate medical care, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in residential settings.

The role emphasizes organization, communication with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment while supporting individuals with developmental/disabilities.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in behavioral sciences or related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Aptitude to learn other software programs as required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Monitor medications and review MARs for accuracy.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP and Nutritionist.
• Follow up with medical recommendations and notify the Program Coordinator.
• Ensure all medical forms are completed before leaving the physician's office.
• Document phone contacts with medical providers and professionals.
• Maintain storage and care for food, supplies, equipment; vehicle upkeep.
• Keep home clean and sanitary; maintain home and grounds.
• Maintain Evergreen vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse; file incident and medication error reports.
• Provide input on direct care staff performance.
• Work unscheduled shifts as needed; assist with staffing.
• Monitor petty cash, budgets, and expenditures.
