Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Supervisor to assist with operations of a Supported Living Home under the Residential Supervisor and Program Coordinator. You will help oversee direct support staff, coordinate medical appointments, monitor medications, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a 2-year degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Combination of education or experience equivalent to a 2-year degree in behavioral sciences.
• Prior supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work performance of direct support staff and resolve issues in supervisor's absence.
• Monitor health and welfare of individuals served, including medical appointment coordination and MAR review.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of supplies and equipment in the home.
• Review and complete written reports for the Supported Living home(s).
• Ensure policies and regulations are followed and supervise transportation.
