Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies in patients’ homes. You will train patients/caregivers on proper use and provide excellent service over the phone and in person as needed.

You will handle scheduling, invoicing documents, and coordinate with referral sources while ensuring safety and accuracy in every step of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide patient and caregiver instruction on proper use and maintenance.
• Answer phones and assist with referrals and scheduling.
• Coordinate deliveries and service visits with location staff.
• Document patient information and paperwork accurately.
