Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Mount Vernon, IL, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our home healthcare team. Qualifications

• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient locations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use of equipment.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
