Job summary

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills, with responsibilities across referrals, EMR data entry, and insurance verification. A field/delivery option may involve timely product deliveries and caregiver support.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and triaging communications to the right departments.
• Coordinates patient intake and order processing by gathering referrals, entering EMR data, and verifying insurance or self-pay status.
• Manages delivery and fulfillment of medical equipment, selecting delivery methods to meet patient and company needs.
• Assists with patient discharges and equipment setup for home use in coordination with hospital staff.
• Provides one-on-one patient support, including equipment education and ensuring physician orders match patient needs.
