Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a field technician/installer to perform on-site setup and testing of personal emergency response systems in clients’ homes. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and trip-based compensation.

You will coordinate with clients, educate users, and document installations while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. A vehicle and basic tech skills are required, with background checks and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and meet service-level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling with clients.
• Deliver, install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes.
• Educate clients and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Maintain records of installations and service calls in company software.
• Collaborate with support and coordinators for seamless service.
