MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to join our nationwide PERS program. This 1099 contractor role lets you set your own schedule while delivering, installing, and testing equipment in clients' homes.

You will educate clients and caregivers on device use, coordinate appointments, and troubleshoot technical issues during installations. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required; occasional travel to member homes is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background checks and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working email address and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet service levels.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of PERS equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and interactions using company software.
• Collaborate with support and coordinators for seamless member service.
• Obtain signatures via Docusign on required paperwork.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and company policies during installations.
