Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to customers and nurture a pipeline until ready to apply.
• Act as mortgage expert and drive originations through community relationships.
• Partner with branch teams to train staff and introduce clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing and outreach.
• Coordinate the loan origination process from engagement to closing.
