Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Home Services Specialist in Michigan to support the return to inventory and pre-owned home purchases by gathering documentation and coordinating with field teams. The role focuses on inventory control, service responsiveness, and cost management initiatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of administrative experience in related fields, and proficient use of NetSuite, Zendesk, and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.
• 4 years of administrative experience in real estate, manufactured housing, property management, or similar is required.
• 6 months of experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates purchase transactions, including purchase documents and title transfers.
• Conducts daily inventory reviews and manages inventory status adjustments.
• Provides Zendesk support by responding to field inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinates with field teams to provide timely support.
• Analyzes asset data to determine market sales prices and rental rates.
• Assists with budget reviews and price changes for Sun Homes inventory.
• Supports new home orders with review, tracking, and vendor communication.
• Manages MSO processing and documentation.
