Job summary

Cambio Communities in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Sales & Leasing Coordinator to assist Sales & Leasing Specialists and Community Managers with selling and leasing homes, marketing and showing properties, and coordinating closings.

The role requires a high school diploma and sales experience, plus a valid driver license and flexible hours including weekends. You will help manage inventories, inspections, and service requests while supporting the EPIC culture of the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of sales experience required.
• Housing sales experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of sales marketing efforts at the community, including placing ads and tracking effectiveness.
• Meet all sales and leasing budgets as assigned.
• Support management of all sales and leasing inventories and brokered homes.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs for community rental homes as needed.
• Manage the home leasing program as assigned.
• Tour the home with prospective residents and coordinate closings.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on site selection and preparation for new home orders.
• Inspect resident owned homes for potential purchase and generate orders.
• Prepare monthly market surveys and advise on pricing and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with community management on service requests.
