Job summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a broadband installation technician to install and troubleshoot voice, video and data services in customers' homes and neighborhoods. The role is physical, with duties including driving a company vehicle and working a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

You will complete service calls, document work, and uphold safety standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in residential installation or field service is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects while following safety practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi as needed.
