Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in scheduling or sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role.
• Monday-Friday availability, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule inspections efficiently through calls, texts, and emails.
• Communicate with inspectors, clients, and real estate professionals.
• Actively participate in weekly company meetings.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend and sell appropriate services.
