Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks an Inspections Coordinator in Atlanta to drive recurring inspection scheduling. You will make outbound calls, manage technician calendars, and maintain client records to keep schedules full and accurate.

Ideal candidates excel in persistent communication, organization, and fast learning of tools like ServiceTrade, Excel, and Google Sheets. This role is in-office, Monday–Friday in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling, preferably in fire protection or life safety.
• Excellent phone communication and persistence; you don't give up after one call.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceTrade, Excel, and Google Sheets or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make persistent outbound calls — a minimum of 40 per day — to current clients in the Atlanta area to schedule recurring inspections as they come due, following up consistently until booked.
• Build and maintain technician schedules a minimum of 30 days out, in coordination with Field Leadership and Inspection Management.
• Keep on top of customer email correspondence, ensuring nothing sits unanswered.
• Support onboarding of new inspection accounts, ensuring service details and schedules are set up correctly from the start.
• Keep client and job records accurate and current in ServiceTrade; maintain inspection schedules in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist with general scheduling support and correspondence as needed.

Fire Protection Services, LLC is hiring an Inspections Coordinator to manage recurring inspection scheduling for our Atlanta location. This is a high-volume, high-persistence outbound role — you'll be the driving force behind keeping our inspection calendar full and our technicians' schedules booked out in advance.

What You'll Do

• Customer Outreach: Make persistent outbound calls — a minimum of 40per day — to current clients in the Atlanta area to schedule recurring inspections as they come due, following up consistently until booked.
• Schedule Management: Build and maintain technician schedules a minimum of 30 days out, in coordination with Field Leadership and Inspection Management.
• Customer Correspondence: Keep on top of customer email correspondence, ensuring nothing sits unanswered.
• Customer Onboarding: Support onboarding of new inspection accounts, ensuring service details and schedules are set up correctly from the start.
• Data Integrity: Keep client and job records accurate and current in ServiceTrade; maintain inspection schedules in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general scheduling support and correspondence as needed.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling (fire protection or life safety industry experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent phone communication and genuine persistence — you don't give up after one call.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceTrade, Excel, and Google Sheets (or the ability to learn fast).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-moving team environment.

Preferred

• Experience scheduling or coordinating inspections, testing, or compliance-driven services.
• Familiarity with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements and inspection compliance timelines.
• Experience with high-volume, high-persistence outbound calling campaigns.

Location

Based out of our Atlanta office — in-office, Monday–Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
