Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion RN in the Phoenix, AZ area to administer therapies in patients' homes under supervision. You will assess patients, initiate IV access, educate caregivers, and ensure diligent documentation and quality control.

The role requires travel up to 2.5 hours from Phoenix, 24–30 hours per week, and a pay range of $43–$48/hour (DOE). Mileage reimbursement applies. Successful candidates will support a growing specialty pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN; infusions in patient homes under supervision.
• Deliver injections/IV therapies and educate patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV/subcutaneous medications in patients' homes.
• Assess patient condition before, during, and after infusions.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatments and side effects.
• Monitor for adverse events and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain records, inventory, and quality controls.
