Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion RN to join our growing specialty pharmacy team. You will perform infusion, assessment, and education during patient home visits, under supervision, traveling within a 2-hour radius from Hot Springs, AR.

This PRN role offers hourly pay of $40-$50 plus mileage reimbursement, with 5-10+ hours per week depending on patient load. Requirements include RN license and infusion experience; IgCN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active board certification.
• Infusion/home infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty medications via IV or subcutaneous routes.
• Assess patient condition and vital signs before, during, and after infusions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and side effects.
• Document infusion procedures and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with the nursing team, pharmacists, and supervisors.
• Manage medication preparation, safety, and inventory as needed.
• Support insurance verification or authorization processes.
