Magenta Care LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in patients' homes. The role requires close collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

The successful candidate will have an AZ RN license, infusion experience, strong IV skills, and a commitment to patient privacy and dignity. Travel up to 1–2 hours from Mesa is required, with competitive benefits and pay.

Formación

• Active AZ RN license or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• AZ Driver's license with proof of insurability; reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct home health nursing care within the RN scope.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate patient care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences, and safety.
• Document and communicate changes in patient's condition promptly to team.
• Provide nursing care following agency policies and standards.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management, side effects, and self-care.
