Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing.
• RN: 2 years of infusion/home health experience (Required).
• Experience with IV access and ports (PIV lines) and infusion procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer prescribed medications via IV or subcutaneous routes per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage emergencies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and aftercare.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and patient responses.
• Coordinate with pharmacy team for inventory and file updates.
