Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding areas. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits and respond to emergent situations with clinical care.

The role emphasizes IV placement, ports access, and collaboration with physicians, pharmacies, and Clinical Manager. A nursing degree is required with five years' acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience; Acute Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow-up as directed by physician and Clinical Manager.
• Document care and plan, and communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care team.
• Discharge patients with appropriate documentation and care plans.
