Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona seeks an experienced RN to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in the area. The nurse educates families, implements care plans, and coordinates with physicians and pharmacies to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing degree and active licensure.
• Background check and malpractice insurance required.
• Drug screen required; CPR/BLS certified.
• ACLS and PALS preferred but not required.
• Home Health/Infusion experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow physician orders.
• Document care in EMR, update patient records, and report progress to physician and Clinical Manager.
• Develop initial treatment plans with physicians and pharmacists.
• Discharge patients with proper documentation and care plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and policy requirements.
