Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and injections per physician orders.
• Assess patient history, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, side effects, and home care.
• Monitor patients during infusions and document responses and vital signs.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, outcomes, and any adverse events.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians to coordinate care.
• Verify medications and dosages and ensure safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and assist with preparation and quality control.
