Job summary

AmeriPharma is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy in Elkins, West Virginia. This role involves providing in-home care and education for patients undergoing treatments such as TPN and IVIG.

The RN will ensure patients understand their therapy plans and serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare teams. Qualifications include a current RN license and 2+ years of experience in home infusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics preferred.
• Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits as per the care plan.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and medication adherence.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
