Job summary

Naven Health in the United States is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion setting under close supervision. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to the physician's plan of care.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the clinical team, and participate in on-call and training activities. A current RN license and CPR certification are required; BSN preferred and 0–2 years infusion experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Delivers direct patient care during home visits and infusion sessions and educates patients and families.
• Obtains physician orders, documents care in real time, and informs the physician of significant changes.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instruction and ongoing care guidance.
