You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the clinical team, and document care in real time to support timely billing and continuity of care.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and flexibility to travel, reflecting our commitment to exceptional infusion experiences.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Willingness to travel 100% for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and updates plan of care during visits.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies.
• Documents care in real time for billing and continuity of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and patient instructions.
