Job summary

The RN must have an active license in the practice state, CPR certification, and 0-2 years infusion nursing experience. Travel is required, with responsibilities including patient education and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and communicates with the clinical team.
• Provides safe patient education to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Completes documentation in real-time and supports billing processes.
• Performs discharge planning and prepares patient instructions as applicable.
