Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, providing in-home care and support to patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will perform telephone and in-person education, interventions, and guidance under the Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance and persistence in home infusion programs.

Qualifications

• RN license current in state of practice.
• 2+ years of home infusion and infusion centers experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits according to plan of care.
• Document patient interventions in medical records and notes.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of drug interactions and safety.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team to ensure seamless therapy.
