UnitedHealth Group seeks a Home Infusion Nurse to deliver one-on-one clinical care in patients' homes or ambulatory infusion suites. You’ll travel within Milwaukee-area sites, providing safe infusion therapy with support from a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work a 40-hour week with drive time included, plus paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity. Training ensures confidence before administering therapies.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in MN
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Comfortable performing IV starts in varied patient populations
• Ability to work independently with solid clinical judgment and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle in accordance with company travel policies
• Provide safe and compliant infusion services per policies and physician order
• Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, including education on self-care
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy, including home safety and caregiver support
• Obtain and maintain accurate patient histories, assessments, and documentation (plans of care, visit notes, medication profiles, discharge summaries)
• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and treatment plans
• Establish and access vascular devices (peripheral IVs, PICC lines, etc.)
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses including reactions and lab collection
• Communicate patient status and therapy response with care team
• Assist in staff orientation and clinical education
